About Electricians Blackheath

We are qualified, experienced electricians based in and around Blackheath, SE3. Our work covers residential properties, rental properties and small commercial premises across the local area — from Blackheath Village and the surrounding streets through to Greenwich, Lewisham, Lee, Kidbrooke and Charlton.

Blackheath and the surrounding boroughs have a varied housing stock. We work regularly in Victorian and Edwardian terraces, post-war houses, 1960s and 70s flat conversions and modern apartment blocks. Each type of property brings its own electrical challenges, and we have the experience to address them competently and safely.

Our work for landlords and letting agents is a significant part of what we do. The introduction of mandatory EICR testing under the 2020 Regulations means that many landlords in the area now need regular, reliable electrical contractors who can carry out testing, write clear reports and carry out any necessary remedial works promptly.

We're straightforward to work with. We arrive when we say we will, explain clearly what we've found, and don't recommend work that isn't necessary. All our work is carried out in line with BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations) and notified to Building Control where required.
